I am a leading independent freelance multi-channel and ecommerce strategy and implementation consultant. You’re probably reading this page because you are looking for some help, some advice, or someone to temporarily fill a skills gap in your team. So why choose me?
I know my stuff. I wrote the book, quite literally. I’ve published the top-selling "how to" guide for multi-channel retail and ecommerce: check out the Handbook tab.
There is only me. My objective is to give you great advice, not to sell you more consulting from higher margin colleagues.
I am hands-on. My clients consistently tell me that what they value most is that I can help them shape the vision and strategy at senior level, but also then go on to work with their teams on translating that vision into the detail, actions and documentation that will turn it into reality. I am very flexible, which means I am very cost-effective. You may be worrying that engaging a consultant will inevitably result in a large bill. It doesn’t need to. If you only need a few hours of advice, you only need pay for a few hours. If you only want somebody for two days per week, I can be with you for just two days per week.
I advise you. Every client is unique, and every issue is different. I’ll bring my experience and track-record to bear on your situation, but I won’t then just get out a portfolio of boilerplate slides and prescribe a template solution. That’s why I’ve been able to help clients in retail, in fashion, in B2B/wholesale and in CPG, in 16 countries, varying in size from top 10 global retailers to start-ups.
